Background
Since the summer of 2005, I’ve been operating the FreeSummerConcerts™ service as one of my own nomadpreneur income strategies. Each year, from wherever I happen to be, I use the internet to compile the list of free concerts happening in New York, and then offer it to residents, out-of-state visitors and international tourists who are eagerly looking to enjoy their summers in the Big Apple! The site now has over 10,000 mailing list subscribers, as well as 4,713 FACEBOOK fans and attracts hundreds of daily visitors (with as many as 1,440 visits on the peak day) in the summer. We have volunteer tweeters, information gatherers and other supporters who spread the word about the site.
Over the years, I’ve perfected the business model and created my own unique software program to simplify the data entry process so that I don’t have to re-invent the wheel each summer.

Last summer, the interest emails and phone calls encouraging me to expand it to other states was the loudest its ever been!

Your role
Sign up and pay for the exclusive territorial rights to a particular state. Then, as “operator/webmaster” you’ll be in control of that state’s unique domain on the FreeSummerConcerts.com site. (sample CA site). Your role will then be the same as mine: compile the information for your region (See operations manual, plus I’ll show you how) so that the FreeSummerConcerts listings for that state are complete by April/May prior to the summer. Then, simply send out the weekly mailings (everything is made “clickable”), to generate a following, increase the subscribers and facebook fan page for your region. The more subscribers you have, the more potential customers, donors you have.
Everything’s automated
The site design, software and back end are all taken care of for you! Your task is to gather the information, and be the personality behind the weekly mailings to give the site a soul!
